It was the old Indonesian spelling language. It should be read as syah razad 
alam syah or shah such as arabic name shah iran. Most of indonesian name are 
using Indian Sanskrit, hindhus period or Arabic names, moslem period.

Actually the name came from my uncle name Sjahrir Razad, he is the first 
prime minister in indonesia during 50-an
