We don't need a switch. The stand-alone FileManager is the same as the =
build-in.
But as stand-alone more flexible, because it is itself a module.

OK. We can include EW FileManager with one of the next releases. And we
can hold our own Subjects-module. But if we use the standalone
FileManager, we have to modify the calls (links) from our subjects
module and comment-out the build-in filemanager.
Is this right?
