What did you test about error module? Try to set a module no active, or try to load a module that doesn't exist, and you'll see what the error module does.. I try it and it seems to works.. Maybe I did not explain well.. Just let's do an example. If you deactivate the Subject module, and you try to call it, you'll se a black page. This is the objective of the error module.
