1) What do you have to change, if you have developed a theme based on experience in eNvo 1.2 and you want to keep them running under 1.2.5FLS? They doesn't work now. 2) Why doesn't write encompass the settings fpr fontsize into the *.css files? -- Christoph Schwaeppe mailto:chr...@t-... |

I just finished upgrading my site to 125FLS. I really like this current version, and again this is a good job, great! For quick review also to answer Chris: 1. The core is more clean, it create the outlook and perfomance of this current version is consistent and faster. All fonts are in order, no more big and small fonts. The style.php is nice since we can adjust it online, however it create lot problems in consistency. So the idea using back the css files I thing is correct. 2. The unused / double break gone, it will make designers can explore more to design their themes, without have to bargain with the extra spaces generated by the core. 3. There are lot improvements in admin area parts, more functional. 4. There are lot improvements in modules area 5. I also found another concept approach to set-up envo site with the current version features, more simple and powerfull, slighty different with I did in previous version. 6. About themes, yes this is not easy to let the users/ designers to change their mind from pn theming concept. I'm preparing the tutorials based on 125FLS, hope within weeks I hope it can be published. 7. I also made some modification in www.envolution.com/index.php? name=AboutEnvo. This is important for new users, so it should look more professional. I also upgrading the Borobudur and experimenting with encompass variables to make more flexibility to design theme for 125fls. Please see my site http://www.uiarch.org, I'm using Borobudur2, try the links, registrations, modules, search etc., and compare the download speed. sjah On 05 Jul 2003 21:19:16 +0200, Christoph Schwaeppe wrote > 1) What do you have to change, if you have developed a theme based on > experience in eNvo 1.2 and you want to keep them running under 1.2.5FLS? > They doesn't work now. > > 2) Why doesn't write encompass the settings fpr fontsize into the *.css > files? > -- > Christoph Schwaeppe > mailto:chr...@t-... > |
