[Envolution-devel] New Users Manual

I have started updating the 200+ page user manual yesterday. I'm up to
chapter 6 so far and I hope to have it completed in about a week and a
half.

Once completed I'll make it available for translation and publish it to
the community.

Feedback and suggestions welcome.
