Initial Comment:
During the OSCAR user level tests, switcher is 
reporting some errors (that's another issue all 
together).  The problem is that they are being 
reported to standard out, not standard error.  Here's 
the error I'm seeing:
switcher:mpi: Cannot find modulefile for mpich-1.2.1 -
- skipping
(env-switcher-1.0.2-1oscar)
