Summary: Need better user cmds

Initial Comment:
Need a way to make the user commands that the user 
types be shorter and easier.  For example, on an OSCAR 
cluster, the user currently has to type something like 
the following to set their default MPI to be different 
than the system default:

  switcher mpi --add-attr default lam-6.5.6

Having swticher automaticly generate aliases for the 
above command to (for example):

  sw_mpi_lam-6.5.6

would be much nicer.  This should happen automatically 
in the switcher framework -- not by the individual 
(potentially third party) modulefiles.
