Including logical default values in the entry fields
enhances system use and is more efficient.

Fields like province and country should be defaulted to
the system owners region (this could be saved in a
config file/table). Information like this must be saved
for commercial applications because taxes differ by region.

Even better: have a screen where you can set the config
of reasonable defaults.
