#17 Several small ones

I may have mentioned some of these before, but here goes:

- having a client drop-down on the contacts and assets
screen would be great so that you could toggle back and
forth between one client's assets and another's.

- in quoting, you should be able to add and edit items
from the same screen.

- contact details should show all of the phone numbers
on the one screen with e-mail and all the contact info.
