#16 Many Notes

It would be great to be able to attach an infinite
number of notes to:
- assets
- contacts
- companies
- items

We should probably come up with a scheme whereby we use
one notes table and a many to many linking scenario so
that you can link a note to any number of clients,
items, contacts and assets simultaneously. This wouls
actaully be quite easy as wel.
