If I build the project as checked out (after adding './wav', I end up with a file with the unusual name Entrainer${releaseNumber}${releaseDescription}Setup.jar
(There are no properties named releaseNumber or releaseDescription in the build file by default, so we don't end up with a nice name.)

But even if I do specify <property name="releaseNumber" value="1.0"/>, it still doesn't look right until there's a hyphen before and after the releaseNumber, and presumably after the releaseDescription.

I'd recommend changing line 177 of build.xml from:

output="${basedir}/releases/Entrainer${releaseNumber}${releaseDescription}Setup.jar"

to:

output="${basedir}/releases/Entrainer-${releaseNumber}-${releaseDescription}-Setup.jar"
