Ok, so here's my trouble:

I recently began corresponding with a friend in Europe, and he
feels strongly about using PGP on all correspondence. I tried to
download PGP, but could not get it to work on my mac. After that
I found GNU, EntourageGPG, and GPGKeys, all of which I have
downloaded and installed.

I tried generating keys today. I was able to successfully generate
a public and private key. I sent the public key to my friend. He
sent me back an encrypted message. When I try to decrypt it, I
get the following message:

This message cannot be decrypted because the private key of its
recipient (a few numbers and letters here) could not be found.

What??? How could it not be found? I just generated it? Plus,
when I try to import my friend's public key, GPGKeys says that
the import is successful, but when I try to encrypt a message for
him, no options pull up to encrypt it with his key.

I am just starting with this, but I can't find any clear and easy to
understand instructions anywhere. Please help if you can!
