Has anyone managed to fix this or come up with a solution?

I do encounter the same error. Unfortunately, there does not exist any fix yet. You cannot use GnuPG with Entourage.

I got a similar error after security patch I get the error message "<<script>>" does not understand the message "<<eventTECCxGetE>>" while decoding a message.
I work with
MacOS X 10.4.8 (intel)
Entourage 2004 11.3.3 (061214)
gpg (GnuPG) 1.4.5
EntourageGPG 1.3b7
I hope anyone can help me.
Is there a chance that EntourageGPG is developed (or is there another solution)?
best Regards, Lefti

Just use GPG Tools with Apple Services.
Go see <a href="http://www.blognow.com.au/q/54871/Microsoft_Entourage_and_GPG_Working.html">http://www.blognow.com.au/q/54871/Microsoft_Entourage_and_GPG_Working.html</a> for a short tutorial on how to do it.

There is a "small" problem with GPG-Tools: This tool works only as a service with OS X 10.3.x (there I used also this possibility to work around the Entourage problem. With 10.4.8 this does not work (maybe I make something wrong). So the problem is again not solved.
by the way: meanwhile I "hacked" the script "Decrypt & Verify\omv" (or in German: Entschlüsseln + Prüfen…\omv) that it works again with Entourage 2004. But there are too much changes and the other scripts does not work so I didn't offered it. (If you can tell me how to provide the script to someone who is more familliar with Applescript I will do this and hope, that someone other can adapt the other script too :-)
