#2 Mac OS 10.3 and variable Istrings

After installing Panther I always get the error-message: the
variable Istrings is missing (the original german message
ist: Die Variable "IStrings" ist nicht vorhanden), when I try
to encrypt pgp/mime mails with the 1.3b7 version (which
worked fine with 10.2.8).
