I do but it's probably just an extra step in reality. I use CV room atributes to prevent things from happening. Not really EM yet. EM's just faster at accessing it's rooms than CV is so I also keep EM up to date. No big deal.

Do you actually use that? Nobody ever used it much so I never did anything to it.
It wasn't really designed to be customizable, so it would be a whole new implementation. Probably not in the cards soon.
