Yes, right clicking on an apps border brings up a menu, thank you. Now what about apps which have no border? You can alt-right-click anywhere on the window to get the same menu. Except how do you get that menu for wm dock apps which somehow capture the alt-right-click and for apps which don't have any windows at all, such as xscreensaver?
