This was a huge commit for servers.  All known bugs have been fixed, and a large
number of previously unknown bugs have now also been fixed.  A few functions
have also been simplified to make them easier to use.

If you're a user of Azy and have features/bugs, please comment so that I can
get to them.

If you aren't a user of Azy, now's a great time to start!
