[E-devel] Request to mirror the 'Intro to EFL' docs on doc.enlightenment.com

Subject says it all. The "Introduction to EFL" documents by Kostis
Kapelonis should be mirrored on docs.enlightenment.org as someone on
IRC just now had trouble getting to the server as it was down. Works
now, but might be a good opportunity to host it locally.
Could probably do with a bit of an update from its last from 2006...
