Hi David, In fact, what you describe is a mini theme for eclair. eclair is based=20 on edje, and is so really themeable: you could easily make a theme with=20 only few controls, and that displays the media informations when the=20 mouse is over it. The only thing that is not possible for now is the visualization thing,=20 but it's in the TODO list. At the moment, I'm working on another project so I do not really have=20 time for eclair, I'll try to work on it in a few weeks. And for the module, I'm planning to make a lib to write plugins for=20 eclair, so it should be possible to make an e17 module that controls=20 eclair (but I don't really think it will be useful).
