Hey Massimo, I'm not totally sure about that "why", but it seems with some newer version of gettext, the i18n in some of the modules got screwed up. I'm running gettext 0.16.1 here. What I found works to get around this is to modify the configure.in file, and delete away the two lines: #AM_GNU_GETTEXT([external]) #AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION(0.14) Without these two lines, I can build, install and run the module with no obvious problems. I was wondering how widespread this problem is, but your's is the first other complaint about it that I remember seeing, so I haven't thought to go through and look at what should be done in more detail....
