Hi, I fetched a couple months old copy of e17 to recompile it on a new machine, and there is something that is a bit strange. I cannot compile efsd because it complains about a missing tree.h. The problem is that on my machine, I use Mandrake 8.2, which installs libxml2 include files in /usr/include/libxml2/libxml where xml2-config --cflags returns only /usr/include/libxml2 (I just tested on the old machine that uses redhat, and it returns both /usr/include/libxml2/libxml and /usr/include/libxml2). So is Mandrake (the distrib ;-) wrong, or should efsd include libxml/tree.h (and libxml/parser.h, instead of tree.h and parser.h) in efsd_filetype.c ? Alan |
