Hello. I would like to be able to change the focused window in e16 with the Alt+Tab key (currently binded to "focus next") without changing the state of the windows while cycling through them. It would be nice if only a hint (highlighting its frame, for instance) of which window would be selected for focus while cycling. When the Alt+Tab key is released, then the focus would finally be changed. Currently each window is focused while cycling. Any chance of seeing this behaviour in e16? Regards, Romildo |

Jose, You can do the keybindings via "e16keyedit". key = Tab modifier = ALT command = focus next Make sure that the "Switch focus to next window" in "e16keyedit" is highlighted before you make the changes, otherwise you will change the binding of something else. Hope it helps... You can get some visual indication of the would be selected window by enabling "Send mouse pointer to window while switching focus". Other than that - e.g. highlighting without actually focusing, some wireframe as in move/resize modes, or a scaled window in the focus list - well... I might take a look at it some day. But don't hold your breath :) /Kim |

It could be even simpler than the options we mention. It could just draw a small around the entry in the focus list, or draw an arrow pointing to it, or something in this line. I hope it happens.
