I think i have found a bug: the logout dialog isn't sticky and, more
annoying, isn't on the top layer, so i sticked it and i put it in the
top layer. then i had it remember those settings; i closed it and
reopened it, but it still isn't stick and isn't on the top layer...
this is from the ~/...*snapshots file, and is the only occurrence of
this in that file.

I think it's theme dependant.
you can specify look and behaviour of almost every kind of window
describing it in a windowmatches.cfg file. surely there is one in your
theme's dir, and you can also write one and put it in your
$HOME/.enlightenment. don't ask me what syntax is used to write it,
maybe someone else could enlighten us about it :)
