I have a couple of questions re Imlib2, which, by the way, is incredibly cool!!! Much easier than dealing with the raw xlib calls !
First, are there any plans to migrate to using the newer FreeType 2 library? If so when?
Second, if I create a blank image using imlib_create_image(), then use the imlib_render_pixmaps_for_whole_image() to generate a new pixmap for the image, then get the image's bits using imlib_image_get_data(), are the image bits updated when xlib drawing calls (like XDrawRectangle) are made using the pixmap? In other words if I draw on the pixmap, do I have to call imlib_image_get_data() each time if I want a pointer that is "up to date" with the image, or is all this synched for me?
Third, is there any sort of a font mapper built in to imlib or is this something I would have to implement?
