I thought the ANSI C standard had approved // as valid C comments?
It's another story completly that not all compilers approve of the latest
ANSI C standard. ;)

but since when has every compiler under the sun ever fully supported the
ANSI standard???? :)
i personally think they are evil. even though they do appear in ferite :)
