So how is it going to be? For me it would be OK if you even moved the "dead code" to a separate file, say: "DeadCode.cpp", or delete it completely and we're fine for this iteration.

well, you are my last hope to solve this issue which is:
given all orbital elements and a new burn info (dv + burn position and direction), how to solve for the new orbital elements!!

if you think there is no direct simple solution, which what I am beginning to believe, then I will drop all extra code and proceed with what we already have.

these were already disable by your code. see BurnTimeMFD.cpp : 430

Right. I've just checked it myself. I guess these were just placeholders. Then it's OK to keep them commented out, but please don't remove them completely.

I would like to add a new feature (enable d-distance & d-period for manual burn) but I do not have the equation but I worked on the foundation, once I solved it, I would complete the job.

That's OK. Then so far we're good, but not ready for a merge just yet.
