I'm Italian and I apologize for my bad english. The question I pose is the following: why
Enigmail does not send the public key to the key server? When I clicked on the "Server" menu and then click on "Send Public Keys", a popup window called "Enigmail Key Management" was opened, pointing to "Advancement". I waited 1-2 hours but the key was not sent. Everything works, on the other hand, with GPG Suite (I would, however, handle the keys with Enigmail). I use Mac with Sierra operating system 10.12.4. The mail client is Thunderbird 52.1.0. The version of Enigmail is 1.9.6.1. I thank you in advance for the answer.

I think that this is the same issue as bug 682 (https://sourceforge.net/p/enigmail/bugs/682/)
