I'm trying to set up per recipient rules but it's not working.

I want just some addresses I write to to have automatic encryption and signing and the majority not. But Enigmail is either encrypting everything I send or it's not encrypting at all unless I manually choose to Encrypt and Sign from the pop down menu which is a real main.

I have created rules that are set to Always sign and encrypt but Enigmail just ignores all my rules. How to fix this please?

How can I simply remove all encryption and signing as a default, but when I send to specific email addresses that I have keys for that all these messages are automatically signed and encrypted?

The rules are stored in <profile directory="">/pgprules.xml</profile>
