I installed Enigmail 1.2.3 add-on on Postbox 3.0.7 and activated encryption. On OpenPGP preferences I am forcing my key. When I click over an ecnrypted mail, Postbox asks for the passphrase. Afer entering the passphrase, Postbox freezes and I have to quit the app.
My system is Mac OS X Lion.
Thanks for any help.

First of all, Enigmail v1.2.3 is not an official release, but a special version of Enigmail created by Postbox. I cannot tell what they might have changed compared to the official version 1.2.1 (which dates back to July 2011).
I assume that GnuPG is waiting for another process to terminate (even if that other process does not exist anymore). Please check if ~/.gnupg contains any *.lock file, and if so delete these files.

Hi,
Thanks for the tip. Suddenly, the problem disapeared without any kind of intervention. Maybe a locked files, as you said.
