A small list of receivers needs to get an encrypted mails from me (bulk). All certificates of all receivers are present in Enigmail's 'Key Management'. How can I sent an encrypted mail to a list of receivers, each encrypted for their individual public key? Works with Enigmail? Any other program recommendations?
Using Enigmail 2.0.12 with Thunderbird 60.9.0 on Debian 10.1

You have two options:
1. you compose an email to the mailing list and click on the "Encrypt" button. When you send the mail, Enigmail will pop up a window and ask you to select the recipients to encrypt the mail to.
2. you can define a per-recipient rule, which allows to specify a set of keys that should be applied for an email address.
