I have moved TB/Enigmail from one PC to another (Win 7 to Win 7 64).
I transferred my keys and they show up in Key Management but my public
key is no longer in bold text. The Properties shows it as a Public Key,
not as a Key Pair.
What step did I miss?

Yes, the key Export and Import features seem not to have worked well. "Secring.gpg" was present but empty. So I manually copied all 10 files in the User/.../gpgnu folder to the new PC.
Now Key Manager shows my key in bold text and it has the 'key pair' property. That's progress.
But I still can't decrypt. Both installations seem identical, and the former worked fine for years, so I hope I can get further guidance. Thx.

You seem to have missed to transfer your secret keys as well. That would be secring.gpg on your old installation.
Ok, good news and bad.

I solved my problem. The 'secring.gpg' suggestion did indeed fix it, but I had meanwhile messed up another option.
Cheers.
