I use in Thunderbird Enigmail and it works fine. But when I send mail to somebody without Enigmail installed (for example to iPad) the message come with singn as a part of message body. Is it possible to send Enigmail/OpenPGP sign as a attachment to mail not as a part of message body (like in S/MIME) ?

Yes, you need to use PGP/MIME instead of inline-PGP.
