Thunderbird/Enigmail and Apple/GPGchain error

Hi,
I (using Thunderbird/Enigmail) sent my public key to Bob (who uses apple,GPGchain). It worked.
When Bob sent his public key from (apple,GPGchain) to me (Thunderbird/Enigmail), the following message appeared:
In German:
Leider konnte kein passender Schlüssel zu den angegebenen Suchkriterien gefunden werden.
Beachten Sie, dass Schlüssel-IDs mit „0x“ beginnen müssen (z.B. 0xABCDEF12).
In English:
A fitting key could not be found.
Be aware, that key-ids have to begin with "0x", (f.e. 0xABCDEF12).
If we try to import from a file, the message appears:
In German:
gpg: 'C:\\Users\\Admin\\Downloads\\Matthias Scholz (7E272579) û O¿ffentlich.asc' kann nicht geöffnet werden: No er
gpg: Anzahl insgesamt bearbeiteter Schlüssel:
In English:
gpg: 'C:\\Users\\Admin\\Downloads\\Matthias Scholz (7E272579) Can't open: No er
gpg: Total numbor of processed keys
The error-message doesn't realy make sense: "No er "?
What to do? Where is the mistake?
