Running Enigmail on the latest version of Thunderbird on Windows XP at work. Every time I look at an encrypted email, or send one it requires the Pintarest password for my key. Yet I have the settings on 360 minutes cache time. Is this normal behavior? I thought changing the time allows me not to have to enter the password every time...

In this case, it is a configuration problem of gpg-agent. Enigmail can modify the timeout settings in gpg-agent, but there might be other settings that prevent this from working.
What is the content of your gpg-agent.conf file? The file can be found here: C:\Users and Settings\<your name="">\Application Data\GnuPG\gpg-agent.conf</your>

Which version of GnuPG are you using?
