I recently changed from Thunderbird 17 to Icedove 10 (for other reasons) and I had to change enigmail version. I currently have version 1.4.
My problem is when I try to send an encrypted message, a window pops up telling me :
"Invalid recipient, or untrusted, or not found" (I use it in french ["Le destinataire est invalide, n'est pas de confiance, ou n'a pas été trouvé"], so not sure of the exact english translation).
Is it linked to the "Always trust users's keys" option ?
Isn't enigmail supposed to use the trust model of gpg ?
Thank you for your help, thank you for this plugin.

Yes, this is linked to the option "Always trust people's keys". If not set, then Enigmail uses the trust model of gpg.
Well, the problem was I wa trying to send a mail to a mail-alias of a contact which was not included in hist gpg-key.
My fault then.
Thank you for the precision.
