After the upgrade to Enigmail 2.0 the Enigmail toolbar that could be enabled in the message composition window seems to have disappeared. I am using Thunderbird 52.7.0 en on Windows 10 64 nl. My other add-ons are Compactheader, FiltaQuilla, Lightning, Remove duplicate messages (alternative) and ThunderHTMLedit. I have disabled all other add-ons but found no difference. I can add the Enigmail buttons Encrypt, Sign, etc. to the default toolbar, but as I in my organization everyone is using Enigmail user confusion is a concern, as well as instructing everyone to customize their toolbar. Is this an intentional change (couldn't find it in the changelog)?

Yes, the toolbar disappeared - it doesn't exist anymore.
But you can customize the toolbar, and drag the Enigmail icons to wherever you like them.
