I've exported my public and private keys from EnigMail and now have the actual key blocks. Is there an easy way to convert the blocks to a key fingerprint and hexadecimal?

You can see the fingerprint (as a list of hexadecimal digits) of your public key, or of anyone else's public key for that matter, by selecting OpenPGP -> Key Management -> right click on a key -> Key Properties.

Yes, but I want the fingerprint and hexadecimal for my private key.

The fingerprint is only used for public keys. And there is no such thing as the "hexadecimal" of a key.
Perhaps it would be easier if you could tell us what you're trying to do.
