    Hi,

    I use Thunderbird 52.8.0 (32-Bit) on a Win 10 Pro Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134 (64 bit).
I have just installed gpg4win / Kleopatra with Version 3.1.1-gpg4win-3.1.1 and, after that installed Enigmail 2.0.6.1. (German language)

After restarting Thunderbird, there was no wizard popping up and the menus don't fit the descriptions I find on the net.

The main toolbar menu is called "Enigmail/p≡p". "Internet says", there should be an "OpenPGP" entry instead. Probably just a name change. But this menu has only two entries:
    - "Schlüssel verwalten" (manage keys) and
    - "Einstellungen" (Settings).

The menu when composing an email has three entries:
    - "Schutz aktivieren" (activate protection, this option is checked),
    - "p≡p-Handschlag" ("p≡p-handshake", unchecked) and
    - "Einstellungen" (Settings).

When clicking on "p=p-Handschlag" I get the information message box: "Kann ohne Hände schütteln nicht korrespondieren." (Can't correspond without handshake.)

Kleopatra claims to have created a set of keys for me today. I find a key in Enigmails "manage keys" dialog.
I have tried re-installing both gpg and enigmail.

What did I forget or do wrong - how can I encrypt an email?

    Best regards,
    Sebastian

Oh, nevermind. Sorry. I didn't get the memo that I'd have to explicitly activate OpenPGP in my account setings. Works like a charm now.
