This works fine for me. There should be a pen and or a lock, but only if the message was signed and/or encrypted, and only if the following conditions are met:
1. the message has been viewed in Thunderbird
2. the message was not moved to a different folder after it was read.

don't know if it's an Enigmail or Thunderbird problem, but if I add the column "Enigmail" in the list, it is always empty.

Tested on different machines. On windows works as supposed, on Linux not. Same TB (60.6.1) and EM (2.0.10) versions...
Yes, you're right. I checked the column display on Linux, and the icons are missing. I'll fix that.
