Hello,

New user here with slow hotspot 4G speed.....:-(

I have a two-day old thunderbird and enigmail program on my windows 10 laptop....

When I try to open an encrypted email, I never get the window to enter my passphrase, I get the message in my subject line above.

I apparently can send an encrypted email, just not receive.

I downloaded another enigmail but the laptop doesnt recognize it...?

So, if anyone has the time or desire to help; Im eager to learn.

This looks like a problem with your GnuPG setup. I'd recommend you uninstall GnuPG entirely and then install gpg4win from https://www.gpg4win.org
