Hi! I'm having several times using enigmail on kubuntu . With(GnuPG) 2.2.12 and enigmail 2.1.6.
After solve, hoping definitely, the pinentry error, I see that every time I close thunderbird, all of my access key just disappear from the manager, both my partner keys and mine. Also, when I try to make a new one, if I try to set the server after choose generate a new key, the windows just close up.
How could I resolve definitely the problem? I watch on troubleshooting, forum and everything I could
Please help me
Thanks

Your keys are storedby default in $HOME/.gnupg If they disappear then that's because the directory is deleted/renamed/moved. I have heard of issues around key management if Thunderbird is installed via Snap or Flatpak.
