Will enigmail let me see my cipher text for an encoded email? How?
Sure. Just go into your sent-mail folder. Find the message you want to
view. Right-click on it, save it to disk, and open it with the text
editor of your choice. You can then inspect everything about the
message Enigmail composed, from PGP/MIME attachments to metadata to
everything else under the sun. :)

Also possible without saving: "View Source" of the message (CTRL-U on Windows and Linux, CMD-U on Mac OS X)
