I created my PGP keys when I used another email address as primary address. We can call it x@y.z. So when I sign a mail, to test it, and send it to myself from my NEW primary email address (we can call it a@b.c) I get the message "Good signature from x@y.z". It would be a lot smarter if the recipient got a message saying "Good signature from a@b.c" Can I change that?

If you want to obtain this, you need to create an additional User ID on your key "x@y.z". That user ID should carry the email address "a@b.c".
Use the function button Manage User IDs under Select Action in the key properties dialog for this.
