You have to change the settings of gpg-agent. You will find information about how to do this if you Google for it. There is no way for Enigmail to change the settings.

Thank you. … Before posting the question about the passphrase idol time I did Google it and I did see the post on the old forum. Truth is I didn't understand it, so I thought I would see if anyone had a easier way of changing the time. … I have discovered that if I log off of my screen name that it clears the passphrase, so for now this works for me. … Thanks again for the response.
