Export the sec/pub keys from one PC to my second PC

I installed the sec/pub keys pair for my MacBook Pro using Thunderbird. My question is how can I export the key pair from my MacBook to my Windows PC. Thanks in advance.

search for your key; select it

menu File > Export Keys to file
