I do not get any Enigmail status displayed whatsoever on Microsoft signed security bulletins. I have imported and certified the Microsoft public key. I have not tested any other signed messages.
Windows 10 Pro, TBird 52.9.1, Enigmail 2.0.8, GPG4Win 3.1.2

I would be very surprised if Microsoft would use OpenPGP to sign their security bulletins, given that Outlook and co. don't support OpenPGP out of the box.

Microsoft security bulletin notifications contain an inline PGP signature.
