using Enigmail 2.0.8 with Thunderbird 60.3.0, I notice that when replying to an S/MIME encrypted (and signed) message, my reply is not encrypted,
hence leaking the originally encrypted information unless I manually activate encryption again.
I have checked "Encrypt/sign replies to encrypted/signed message" in settings. I have set "prefer S/MIME", and I have signing on by default.
For PGP, everything works, but for S/MIME, it appears this setting is just ignored.
Is this expected, or am I missing something? This looks like a bug to me since it means encrypted information is leaked by default?
I only have this issue since Enigmail 2.0 on various systems.
Cheers,
Oliver

That's a known bug.
Thanks for the confirmation! Then at least there's no misconfiguration or broken profiles on my end.
