"Export keys unencrypted"

To workaround some issues for the use case described here, I had the idea that you could add an option "Export keys unencrypted", where the keys are exported without password protection, but the password protection stays intact for the keys in my database.

GnuPG does not offer an API for this. The (technical) workflow would be about this:

1. export the key (prompts a passhrase)
2. import it into a temporary keyring (prompts passphrase)
3. edit the key to remove the password (prompts passphrase)
4. export the key from the temporary keyring (would probably prompt the passphrase dialog again)
5. delete the temporary keyring
