#925 Printing email with encrypted subject prints the placeholder as footer line

Steps to reproduce:

1. receive an email with an encrypted subject line "secret subject" and the placeholder for encrypted subject lines set to "encrypted email"
2. decrypt this email
3. print this email

Expected results:
The subject line in the email header section of the printout says "secret subject", and the subject line in the footer of the printout says "secret subject".

Actual results:
The subject line in the email header section of the printout says "secret subject", and the subject line in the footer of the printout says "encrypted email" (i.e., the placeholder).
