#837 Subject encrypted when printing email in Thunderbird

I send and receive encrypted mails with encrypted subject that have to be filed as hard copy. Thunderbird shows the decrypted subject and text. However, printing the mail the subject is encrypted again ("subject: encrypted subject"). As the subject contains information on which legal file the mail belongs to, I would appreciate to not having to write this info for each hard copy manually.
Is there something I missed in the settings?

Idea for myself how to fix this without re-implementing printing:

Create a multipart/mixed message and add subject as 1st text/plain part.

Fixed on master. There is a new "Original Subject", added as separate header between the message headers and the message text.
